Measurement Descriptions
CHEST (A): Width taken from one side of the chest, just under the armpit, to the other.
BODY (B): Height taken from the tallest point to the lowest point of the t-shirt.
SLEEVE (C): Length taken from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are sent on to our order processing team within 24 hours of the order being placed. This team usually then take from between 1 - 3 working days to process and dispatch your shipment. DELIVERY TIME
Once we have completed the processing stage of your order and dispatched your item;
Standard UK shipments take from between 2 - 3 working days to arrive.
Express UK shipments take from between 1 - 2 working days to arrive.
International shipments take from between 3 - 7 working days to arrive.
Please be aware that in very rare cases factors out of our control such as bad weather, high postal traffic, import and customs delays and the performance of delivery companies can sometimes extend delivery times to between 7 - 28 working days. Jornadaclothing.com offers free standard UK delivery on all orders. For express delivery we charge a flat rate delivery fee of £4.95 per order. Shipping upgrades where available can be purchased in the ‘shipping’ section on cart page when completing your purchase.

All orders are shipped with a fully trackable delivery service. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been successfully dispatched.

RETURNS
We offer a 28 day return policy from the point of sale. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
To be eligible for a return items must be returned and received back at our warehouse within 28 days from the point of sale. All returning item(s) must be sent back in the same condition and packing they were received in; items must also be unused, unopened and adequately packaged. We retain the right to withhold a portion of the total refund amount and / or cancel a return if the above return requirements are not met.
Please be aware: we do not accept the return of customised item(s). For that reason, where applicable, we ask that you take extra care and attention when adding customisations to your items to ensure everything is correct and in place before you submit your order.
